One day I'll be big, but for now my beer sucks
It’s been a long time in the making but this Saturday coming up I will be making my first batch of Home Brewed beer. I went with an extract kit to get a feel of the whole process. I’m sure I’ll be making extract kits the first few times I homebrew. Why did I choose a stout? Lately I’m just been loving stouts. It’s not quite up there with a good IPA but it’s close.
So if you ever wondered what you get when you buy a extract kit. well look no further. Here’s everything you get. This is what is listed on northernbrewer.com

Tomorrow I’ll go over what equipment I’ve bought so far with the help of some friends. This is something I’ve been looking forward to for a long time. It’s exciting and scary the same time.

Hello Dave,
Brewing your own sounds like the right thing to do. I’m considering home brewing.
I’ll watch your progress. My ambitions are similar. I don’t like cubes.
I think stouts are cool. Stouts seem to have more flavor and they don’t lie. What I mean is the taste is for real and not diluted.
You had a good review on a scottish ale, Oscar Blues ” Old Chub”. I like this beer.
Someday I’d like to make a keller bier. I enjoyed keller bier at “Silver City” in Silverdale, Wa.
Good luck.

John,
I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now,I won’t stop buying craft brews though. Will I ever make this into a business, I can only hope. I just hope I have the drive and creativity to come through. The only Keller Bier I’ve had is the one from Voodoo Brewing and I loved it. Thanks for the good luck, I’ll need it.
